The entire management, staffs, players and coaching crew of Kwara United are commiserating with the State Government over the demise of Chief of Staff to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq Engineer Aminu Adisa Logun.
Kwarans were all stunned and thrown into serious devastating mood on Tuesday evening, July 7, when the tragic news about the demise of Adisa Logun was disseminated.
The 73-year-old who replaced Abdulwahab Babatunde was superb in his duties while in office and his death came as a huge shock to Kwarans home and abroad.
In an official statement, Kwara United urged Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq to take heart over the death of the Chief of staff and also prayed that God should give the family of the deceased the fortitude to bear the loss.
“We are all in a sad mood because the death of the Chief of staff came as a shock to us and we want to pray for his soul to find favor in front of his creator.
“We also want to urge Governor Abdulrahman to please take heart over the painful death of Engineer Adisa Logun who will be missed by all Kwarans,” Kwara United stated in a statement.
After Engineer Aminu Adisa Logun came on board as the new Chief of staff, he exemplified a true qualify of a sportsman as he was spotted many times watching Kwara United games with full support at the Stadium.
His love for the players and coaches was also awesome as he would always talk to them before and after every game to boost their morales.
