KG Sports Academy Agbor has signed 6 Players from the Ika Grassroots Football League 2021 Champions Emelem United of Umunede on Loan for the up coming Bet9ja-DFA State League.
According to KG Sports Academy Director Dr Ken Gadaffi, the Players will add depth to the Team as they prepare for the Bet9ja-DFA State League ” We need a depth of squad to compete in the league and we want to give ika players opportunity to show themselves within the state” Dr Ken Gadaffi Stated.
There are only two teams from Ika taking part in League, KG Sports Academy Agbor and Ihu-iyase FC Alihame.
“We want to make Ika Proud, so KG Sports is scouting around for the best legs to represent the region, we opened out training camp on the 7th January and there has been lots of players coming so the coaches will have to get the best as we can only register 25 players for the Bet9ja-DFA State League ” Dr Ken Gadaffi added.
The players signed on Loan includes Wing Back Tolani Dehinbo, central Defenders Humphery Nzelegu and Daniel Afred. Others includes Defensive Midfielder Godwin Ikenna, Goalkeeper Emetonjor Joseph and Striker Shadrack Emefiene.
