KG Sports Academy 16 Year old Amos Edoh has completed a loan move to Mighty Wonderers of Abraka following an agreement between the two Academies.
Amos Edo joined KG Sports Academy in 2021 and won Gold in the 2022 Stephen Keshi U17 National Championship in Benin on Loan to Excellent Academy Ughelli. The 16 year is returning to his home land Abraka to prepare for his Jamb exams which necessitated his loan move to Mighty Wonderers.
“Amos is developing, we don’t want to stall is Football Development while away to seek for Jamb Admission hence the loan move to Mighty Wonderers” KG Sports Director Dr Ken Gadaffi stated.
Mighty Wonderers are based in Delta State University Abraka and have a good youth program from U13 to U20 level. The U17 side recently won the Doris Nwadiolu Memorial Cup hosted by KG Sports Foundation in Agbor and Coach Samuel is optimistic that Amos will be a good addition to his squad while on loan.
“We have followed him, and we are happy to have him join us, we welcome him to abraka” Coach Samuel said.
KG Sports Academy agbor prides its self with developing young players and ensuring they pursue their academics alongside their football.
“We provide also vocational training to those who do not have the ability to further their education. We know not every player will become professional hence its always good they have other skills to cope with by the side” Head Coach Ogundeji Adeyinka said.
