Kano Pillars FC fans were full of praises for their newly signed player, Kelly Kester as he shone like a million star during the Sai Masu Gida’s pre-season warmup match against Giwa FC of Kaduna on Friday evening which the home side won by five goals to two.
Kester who was signed from Lobi Stars FC of Markurdi played the entire duration of the game and his all-round performance in the evening got him to rave reviews from across section of the Nigeria National Champions who watched the match live at the magnificent Sani Abacha Stadium, Kofar Mata.
The fans expressed their confidence and believed Kester will play a vital role for the club ahead of the 2019/2020 Nigeria Professional Football League Season.
Kester who has previously played for top NPFL clubs such as Akwa Utd, Enyimba Int’l and Lobi Stars is expected to fill the void left behind by the departure of Paul Hillary.
