In a significant move to bolster their squad ahead of the upcoming NPFL 2024-25 season, Katsina United FC has announced the signing of Auwal Muhammad Adamu, a 23-year-old right winger.
The club’s media officer, Nasir Gide, officially unveiled Adamu today, highlighting his promising potential and the skills he brings to the team.
Adamu has inked a two-year contract with Katsina United, marking a new chapter in his burgeoning football career. A product of Mailantarki Care FC, Adamu has already showcased his talent on international stages.
He previously played for SC Saguaros in Portugal, where his speed and agility on the flank earned him recognition.
Most recently, he was part of the Egyptian club Mahalla Baladiyat, further honing his skills in a competitive environment.
Speaking at the unveiling, Nasir Gide expressed confidence in Adamu’s ability to make a significant impact at Katsina United.
