Real Stars held Kada City to a thrilling 2-2 draw in the Northern Conference of the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8 at the Enyimba International Stadium on Sunday.
Stars dominated from kickoff, Kelvin Emmanuel opened the scoring from 18 yards in the 21st minute.
Meanwhile, the only real threat from Kada City was Umar Mohammed’s header which came off the cross bar.
Kabiru Sanusi evened things up just added time of the first half. He curled home a free kick to equalise for Kada City.
Jamilu Coker headed home after Obioma Arinze flicked Solomon Kantome’s long throw onto his path for City’s second goal of the thriller.
Daniel George came to the rescue of Stars three minutes into stoppages to salvage a point for his team.
