On Wednesday, April 30, Match No. 111 (Naija Ratels FC vs Bayelsa Queens FC) and Match No. 112 (FC Robo Queens vs Delta Queens FC) will both unfold in Abuja and Lagos respectively.
The league’s Chief Operating Officer, Modupe Shabi, emphasized the importance of this scheduling adjustment in a memo issued to the involved clubs and regional football associations.
“This adjustment is essential to preserve the spirit of fairness and maintain the integrity of the competition,” Shabi stated. “Simultaneous kick-offs ensure that no team gains undue advantage based on the outcome of another match.”
With only one Super Six slot left from Group B, tension is sky-high. Robo Queens—chasing a comeback to the Super Six for the first time since 2023—face stiff competition from Naija Ratels, who are hoping to relive the glory of their impressive 2022 debut.
The winner of this nail-biting battle will join Edo Queens, Bayelsa Queens, Rivers Angels, Nasarawa Amazons, and Remo Stars Ladies in what promises to be a dramatic and unforgettable Super Six showdown.
