It was a sad day for the fans of Fatimoh Bello of Nigeria following 0-4 defeat suffered in the hands of Egyptian player,Hana Goda in the final of 2022 ITTF -Africa Cup.
The pulsating final held this afternoon at the indoor hall of Teslim Balogun Stadium.
Bello lost to a 14 years old Egyptian ping pong player 11-6,11-5,11-4,11-5.
Bello who enjoyed home support could not withstand the Goda who was focused, determined and resilient in an encounter watched by mammoth crowd.
The singles men final would hold in an hour’s later between Aruna Quadri of Nigeria and Omar Asser of Egypt_
