Nigeria’s Juliet Sunday delivered a stellar performance, netting twice to lead Hapoel Beersheva to a dominant 6-0 victory over Netanya Girls in the Israeli Women’s State Cup quarter-final.
The former Bayelsa Queens forward opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, giving her team an early advantage. Just 11 minutes later, Shanice Foster doubled the lead for the hosts.

Sunday struck again, further extending Beersheva’s lead and leaving Netanya Girls with little hope of a comeback.
Shaked Oroviz added the fourth goal in the 82nd minute, while Asl Shekh Sleman wrapped up the emphatic win with a late brace, scoring in the 88th minute and stoppage time.
In another quarter-final clash, Esther Onyenezide’s Katamon secured a semi-final spot after a hard-fought 3-0 victory over Hadera in extra time.
However, Barakat Olaiya’s Tel Aviv was eliminated from the competition following a 2-0 defeat to Kiryat Gat.
