Nigerian-born British heavyweight boxing champion of the world, Anthony Olaseni Oluwafemi Joshua is showing off his muscles during pre-season training drills in United Arab Emirates.
Sports247.ng reports that Joshua cranked up his warm weather training in Dubai as the heavyweight king showed off his incredible back muscles during a pull-up exercise.
The 29-year-old ‘AJ’ has looked to escape the chill of England during the winter months and is building up to his next bout out in a far warmer and tougher climate.
Alongside close friends and personal trainers, Joshua showed parts of his workout on Instagram as he trained his back muscles, worked on his dead-lift and also used a resistance band round his ankles.
In the heat of Dubai, it proved an intense workout for Joshua and the only way he could allow his muscles and body to recuperate was to finish with an ice bath.
All smiles after the session, the Watford-based pugilist walked casually into the freezing cold water before fully submersing himself under it.
The IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion is focused on April 13 – the date for his next fight – but still unclear who his opponent will be.
