Chievo Verona central midfielder Joel Obi says his eyes are firmly fixed on Sunday’s showdown against Napoli.
The visitors will be aiming to pick their first win of the season in the Serie A week 13 game at Stadio San Paolo.
The Yellow Donkeys recorded a 2-2 draw at Bologna the last time out and the Nigerian international says the focus now should be on tough clash against the ruthless Napoli.
“We are very focused on the game at Napoli. It’s a very important match for us,” the former Inter Milan and Torino midfielder told Sports247.ng.
“The whole team are determined to shock the hosts in front of their fans. We can’t afford to go there and sit back.”
Verona are yet to win in the current Serie A season and will find Napoli a difficult nut to crack.
