The Legal Officer is a member of the Legal Department of Jotna. S/he will report to the Head / Deputy Head of Legal Services and support the team in documentation, compliance, and legal matters in addition to tasks assigned
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in drafting Legal Contracts and Agreements.
· Ensure all processes, contracts, and agreements and in compliance with all regulations.
· Advise on litigation matters.
· Conduct legal due diligence as asked.
· Prepare and present reports/summaries on legal matters.
