· Monitoring inventory movements in and out of the factory while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

a pre-payment audit exercise.
· Ensure efficient and timely treatment of payment documents.
· Ensure complete payment documentation and necessary approvals
Responsibilities
1) Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
2) Identify the risks that a business faces and develop preventive strategies.
3) Obtain, analyse, and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
4) Establishment of Prepayment & Internal Process.
5) Review of daily invoices, and purchase orders for raw materials before payments.
6) Review Vendor creation, Customer Creation (Agreements), & Credit settings for customers.
7) Supervise the physical Stocktaking exercise monthly.
8) Review of payroll such as overtime, Leave allowance, incentives etc.
9) Review of payment vouchers (Advances, Retirements & Claims/Reimbursements)
10) Evaluate internal control weaknesses and suggest appropriate control measures to be implemented
11) Documentation monitoring of inventory usage in the factory
12) Document process and prepare audit findings report.
13) Preparation of Monthly activity reports and presentations during Business Performance Review.
14)Review of weekly petty cash requests, utilization and reimbursements.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting or other related discipline.
· 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
· Professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
