•Source and create relationships with third-party laboratories.
•Initiate traceability exercises.
•Facilitate team meetings and training sessions such as HACCP Food Safety, GMP, Food Safety, and Quality Culture.
•Monitor and control various processes using Statistical Process Control.
•Approve, maintain, and continuously monitor vendors in accordance with the Approved Supplier Program.
•Act as primary liaison with customer and supplier QA, outside auditing agencies.
• Facilitate audits and manage NAFDAC & and other auditing requirements.
• Ensure products consistently meet or exceed performance criteria.
• Assist in the development of new products and processes.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of timelines and resource allocations for projects assigned.
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technology in the ingredient and food industry.
• Attend courses and seminars that will add value to and better the WTI Quality Management System.

Requirements:
●HND, B.SC Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related field required
●Professional Certification or Masters is required.
