Jeremiah Christopher, a player for Broad City, shared his candid views on their recent match against Iganmu Tigers during the ongoing Creative Championship League.
Despite securing a 2-0 victory and Christopher’s impressive performance that earned him the Man of the Match award, he expressed that the game didn’t entirely meet their expectations.
He stated, “I feel very happy, but I want to use this opportunity to talk about the game. It was neither a bad game nor a great one for us. We made efforts to build from the back, through the midfield, and up to the attack. We created 6-7 scoring opportunities and managed to convert only 2 of them, which wasn’t really up to our standard. However, we promise our fans out there that we will strive to deliver a better performance in the next game.”
Christopher’s reflections highlight the team’s commitment to continuous improvement and their determination to provide more satisfying results for their supporters in the upcoming matches.
