Attention would be shifted to Igando palace playground, Alimosho, Lagos when Igando Football Club tackle Bucknor Football Club in one of the semi final of Iyke Madu Obi Ramadan Cup sheduled to hold on Tuesday evening.
The two teams met three years ago in the final but Igando football team triumphed over their opponents.
Tomorrow match would be a another cracker as both teams are rivalry in Igando and its environs.
Although the current form of Igando FA in the competition is very impressive but Bucknor who crashed out in the round of 32 of the last Lagos FA Cup would fight to the finish.
Igando Coach, Mohammed Aberejo admitted that the match would be tough but boasted that his boys are in good form to go all the way to the final.
“It is going to be a tough game for us because Bucknor are a good side.Let me say this, we are not going to lose the game because we are fully prepared to win our oppenents comes Tuesday evening,”he said.
In the second semi final scheduled for Thursday, Kay Properties would face Future Hero to decide who plays in the final.
Match cordinator, Prince Sulaiman Gbadamosi said the tourney has reached a crucial stage and urged the teams to play to the rules.
“I am using this medium to urge the teams to abide by the rules and regulations.There are some teams who are indebted to us and they should pay their outstanding bills before their next game,”he said.
