Eight teams would be battling for semi final tickets as Iyke Madu Obi Ramadan Cup reaches the quarter final stage which begins on Friday at Igando palace playground, Alimosho, Lagos.
The competition which started three weeks ago has reached the crucial statge as Bucknor, Future Hero and IGFC would be aiming the semi final tickets.
In the quarter final pairing released by the organisers,Kay Properties face Future Stars on Friday. Action resumes on Saturday as Sammy FC tackke Bucknor.
Two matches would be played on Sunday as IGFC confront Clever Olutunu, while Future Hero battle 11 Wonders in the last match of the day.
Chairman Organising Committee, Prince Sulaiman Gbadamosi expressed satisfaction with the performance of the teams since competition commenced but urged the teams to continue abide the rules of the game.
He particularly called on the teams to pay their outstanding bills before their match and vowed to disqualify teams that fail to clear their balance.
“All outstanding bills must be paid a day before your match. Failure to comply may lead to work over.I have given the club owners and coaches enough time to quickly pay their debt and failure to do so would be amount to disqualification,” he said.
