Badagry Beach Soccer Team Player, Nwandike has urged the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to set up a proper Beach Soccer League in Nigeria.
The superb player stated this following his team’s 4-0 thrashing of Anambra BSC in Match Day three (3) of the Maiden Nigeria Beach Soccer League in Lagos.
According to Emmanuel, in a chat with Sports 247, after his team’s victory, he expressed his happiness towards participating in the tournament, as this was his first time participating in the Maiden competition. He also urged the NFF to set up a proper Beach Soccer League in the country, which will also help discover bright talents for the National team.
“I am very delighted for the win today against our opponents (Anambra BSC). It was a great game and am happy we came out victorious. This is my first time participating in the tournament. I haven’t played here before in all my footballing career, but am delighted about my experience here”.
“I will also like to urge the NFF to set up a proper Nigeria Beach Soccer League, so we could be playing this tournament more and more, which will help us in discovering more football talents for the National team”, he stated.
Emmanuel Nwandike finally stated that with a proper Beach Soccer League in the country, everything will be well organized and up to standard.
