The Island Allstars Sports Club of Nigeria, located in Lekki, Lagos, has promised that its upcoming executive polls would be envious to everyone including the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Nigeria.
The club which is Lekki’s elite adult recreations football, sports, and the social club would be having her general election 28 May 2022, while tonight 26th May the manifestos is holding at the Sky Mall Lekki.
The mission is to select executives to run the club for the next three years with two main presidential contestants in seasoned bankers, Mr. Haliru Momodu and Mr. Ikenna Maduagwu, with a huge mandate to finish construction and lead the club to its new ultra-modern mini stadium and clubhouse.
The outgoing President, Barrister Briggs Amajuoyi, the chairman, Barrister Chijioke Isiolu, and executive scribe, Kelvin Irikefe, who spoke, enjoined the members to consider this as a family affair, but the club’s interest at heart when casting votes, and also promised free, fair, credible and innovative polls to be envied by even INEC even as diaspora members of the club would join the process via online channels.
