Isaac Success On Target In Udinese’s Coppa Italia First Round Win

Serie A outfit, Udinese edged Feralpisalo two goals to one in the first round of the Coppa Italia game with Isaac Success sealing the victory for Sottil’s new look team.

Isaac who grabbed a 64th minute winner to ensure his side progression to the next round was involved in Deulofeu’s spot kick before Siligardi pulled one back for the visitors but it wasn’t enough to spark a comeback.

Reacting after the game, Isaac revealed; “It was a very hard preseason, so today we suffered a bit, but it was an important test.”

“With these games the team learns. The opponents were difficult, but we were solid until the end ”.

The goal and his involvement throughout the game confirms the quality of the Nigerian striker, who says he is physically well, “I feel I am improving day by day and I see the results of the training. Obviously I have to continue like this.”
