It was a busy week for Bendel Insurance FC Feeders as they have been involved in the Edo FA cup competition and Stephen Keshi National U-17 Football tournament, making waves in the two battlefields.
The young Insurance featured their under 17 soccer talents in the Keshi National U-17 but lost the fight for the defence of the cup they have won twice to Mighty Wonders FC in the quarter finals of the tournament by 2-1.
The young Benin Arsenal defeated Ogbomo FC 1-0 to qualify from group B and set up quarter finals clash with Mighty Wonders FC in the Stephen Keshi National U-17 Football Tournament.
Junior Edema scored the only goal of the game for Insurance Feeders in the 65th minute to help his side top their group with seven points.
The defending champions and Mighty Wonders first quarter finals game played at the NIPOST field on Friday ended 2-1 in favour of Wonders FC.
The Insurance FC Feeders now shift their focus to Eagle Wings FC game in the Edo FA Cup semifinals match scheduled to hold at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Monday by 9 AM.
