Injury Rule Out Super Eagles Defender For Rest Of the Year

Super Eagles defender, Olisah Ndah has been ruled for the rest of the year after fracturing his fibia, club statement confirms.

The former Akwa United defender, who was part of the Super Eagles squad in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin and Rwanda was ruled out of the double header against Libya due to injury.

In a statement by his club on Monday, Orlando Pirates listed the Nigerian international among the players that will be out of action for the rest of the year.

” The nature of the tibia fracture means that decisions on surgery are complex” the club wrote on their website.

Ndah fractured his fibia in Pirates MTN 8 match against Polokwane City in September and
was replaced in the 84th minute of the match which ended in a 3-0 win for the buccaneers.

The club will clash with Magesi FC on Carling Black Label Cup opener with Ndah and other nine players on the hospital bed recovering from various injuries
