Ine Stars Football Club of Edo State yesterday forced Ituene Academy to a 2-2 draw in the second match of the ongoing South South Zonal Nationwide Division Three Playoffs at the Samson Siasia Stadium over the weekend.
Koko Ekpenyong gave the Academy ysa. the lead in the 30th minute from the penalty spot.
Twelve minutes later, the the Edo based outfit responded through Imenfan Francis.
Ine Stars stepped up their pursuit for glory in the 50th minute to race into the lead through a beautiful build up from the midfield

With this draw Ituene Academy are now placed first on the log with four points after two games, while Ine Stars now have one point with just one fixture haven’t drawn bye in the opening match on Saturday.
In the first match of the day, Hope of Glory of Cross Rivers State beat Junosa FC of Edo State 1-0.
