He suggests, “Coaches should have access to scouting materials to identify potential players. Inviting talents for national trials based on merit will foster a stronger football ecosystem.”
Ime’s networking efforts stem from a collaborative approach. He explains, “Coaches and management occasionally specify the positions they need to fill. If I have suitable players, I facilitate their transition to national teams. Nigeria’s vast expanse allows me to scout talents across the nation. I am committed to seeking out untapped potential.”
As a coordinator with FC Robo Queens, Ime has contributed significantly to nurturing talented female players.
