Head Coach of Royal Star Football Club Of Ejigbo, Goddey David said he was not surprised when he heard that his former player, James Oronsaye had moved to Enyimba.
Oronsaye who started his football career with Royal Star signed a contract with Gateway FC before he moved to Enyimba recently.
David, a former coach of Oronsaye expressed delight that his player had moved to Enyimba saying that he was not surprised to see his player sign for Enyimba FC .
“Oronsaye is a good player and I am not surprised that he moved from Gateway to Enyimba. He is a fine midfielder. Oronsaye is a committed player and ready to give his best anytime he is on the field. I am not surprised with his move to Enyimba and I wish him the best of luck,” he said.
David described Oronsaye as a talented player who can use their wealth of experience to help the Aba club to win the league next season.
He however warned Oronsaye to shun social vices and remained focused throughout his stay in Enyimba.
He said if Oronsaye could continue on his impressive performance, he would play for national team in the nearest future.
Meanwhile, Oronsaye signed three years contract with Enyimba as the former captain of Gateway was unveiled recently to the club management.
