Ashifat Afeez, Shuffle Select head coach has lamented his side wastefulness in front of goal as they fell to a 3-0 defeat to Magboro FC in the Ikeja DFA Super 4 competition at the Alade Stadium.

After picking a convincing 3-0 victory against G-Innovation yesterday, Shuffle Select came into the game as favorites against bitter foe in Magboro FC who fell like pack of cards against Bucknor FC today at the Alade Stadium.
“That’s football for you, you don’t get to win everyday. When you lose, you go back and correct your mistakes so you don’t repeat same in subsequent games,” he said after the defeat in an exclusive interview with Sports247.ng.
“This game is a long term rivalry clash, the first time they came to our home ground in the league, we won 3-2 and the second game we played away, they won 5-1.”
“We were just unlucky today, we had more opportunities to score than them but we can’t change the will of God,” he added.

“We will still look at the table at the end of the day and I believe that our next match, we will come out to fight. We promise to do well in our next game and we are hoping that God gives us the victory,” he assured.
