Shobola thanked the leadership of Ikeja DFA led by Rafiu Alagbe for their commitment and dedication throughout the league.
He also commended the Ikeja DFA for organising a successful league but noted that the super four would be glamorous if the organisers pay attention to officiating and security.
“We saw what happened between Tops Academy and Shuffle Select match recently and we don’t want such to happen in super four. The organisers should provide maximum security throughout the matches so that no team would play under duress.
“Our match officials have been doing well in the league but we still need them to do better. The super four is going to be a different ball game and only bad officiating can mar the super four,”he said.
Commenting on their opening match against Bucknor, Shobola said it is going to be a tough encounter saying that Bucknor is one of a good teams in the league.
“We have respect for Bucknor. They qualified by winning their last home match but we are not afraid of them.It is going to be a tough battle for both teams,”he said.
