Odion Ighalo came off the bench to score his first goal for Al Shabab in their convincing 4-0 away win over Al Nassr on Saturday night, Sports247 reports.
The forward who joined from Shanghai Shenhua last month started on the bench but was brought on in place of Fabio Martins just after the hour mark.
Goals from Ever Banega (17th min) and Cristian Guanca (28th min) had put the visitors 2-0 up to that point.
Guanca added the White Lions’ 3rd and his second of the night in the 82nd minute to put the game to bed.
Ighalo completed the scoring in the 90th minute with an assist from Ever Banega to mark his first goal for the club in his second appearance.
The former Manchester United striker found the back of the net with a cool finish after receiving Banega’s defense splitting pass inside the 18-yard box.
With the result, Al Shabab remains top of the Saudi Pro League table with 38 points from 18 outings – four points above closest challengers Al Ahli.
