Idris Abdulsalam, Trade Safe Sports Football Club right-winger has dedicated the win against Metropolitan football club to the team’s president revealing that he has been a massive supporter from the very beginning and one who is ready to give his all to the club’s success.
Coming at the back of a narrow 1-0 defeat to Jossy FC, they ran riot of Metropolitan F.C in a thrilling encounter scoring four goals in return, with a penalty conceded, sports247 reports.
He said, “We dedicate this victory to our president.”
“It’s a very good thing, the experience we had in the league is massive. Most of us have played in it before but this one is different in terms of organization and officiating,” he commented on the league structure.
“The organizers have done well, a really good job, we appreciate them all.”
On their toughest opponent, “every opponent faced must be taken seriously and no disrespect to any teams, Valiant F.C really gave us a tough time out of all the teams we’ve played against, but we are still hopeful of the position we are, we are well placed.”
The win places them 4th on the log with 12 points and 2 games remaining to the end of the league, their promotion fate lies on Matchday results for the remaining two game days.
