Former Akwa United and Plateau United midfielder, Michael Ibe has said that he wants to play in the biggest clubs in Europe.
The young Nigerian who just sealed a deal in Uzbekistan last month said his move to Europe is for him to be noticed.

Chatting with journalists via Instagram today, the attacking midfielder noted that his best playing position is the number 10 role.
‘i like playing the number 10 role but Abdu Maikaba wanted me to play as an 8, because he said anytime I am with the ball, it goes to the back of the net’.
Speaking on Akwa United being knocked out of CAF Confederation’s Cup, the FK Andijan player said it hurts not to have got to the group stage of the competition.
‘We needed three goals. We conceded again at home, then we needed four goals, I scored three goals, we had enough time to score the 4th, but that is football, it was not our day and everyone tried’.
The 24 year old had a one year spell with Jordan club side, Al- karmel between 2018 and 2019 winning the league’s best player of the season award and the club’s highest goal scorer award.
