General manager of Kwara United, Bashir Badawiy has disclosed that he hopes to take the club side to the next level.
Bashir is an experienced administrator in the NPFL having been with clubs like Nasarawa United and Rivers United an the defunct Sharks and Dolphins FC.
Bashir who was guest on Football WhatsApp platform, Family United by Football said “l am now the General Manager of Kwara United, it’s an achievement and promotion for me, so taking football to next level is my target in Kwara State.”
He explained that he is excited and motivated to help football grow in his state of origin.
“I was excited for the opportunity given to me to take football in Kwara State to next level.”
“Nothing motivates me than to come and improve the standard of my state’s football.”
Commending the state’s governor for having Kwara state football at heart, Bashir says the state is blessed to have him.
“l’ve been working in Rivers State for so long, now that the state is blessed with a better governor, His Excellency AbdulRahmon Abdul Rasaq, for his love and passion for the game, I can even work with him for free.”
