I was really highly disappointed and sad as well at the outcome of the match.
My boys gave all their best in the field of play, but just a slight careless act from my goalkeeper and along the line too, some of my players lost concentration in the match as well.
This mishaps created a loop hole that was used by our opponent El-kanemi warriors to launch the ball into our net which we never found an equalizer or a win till the end of the match.
Our expectations was to qualify, but as ill luck on our side, our expectations to make to the quarter finals were disappointed because our dreams were cut shorts by our performance and defeat from Elkanemi warriors.
Not withstanding, we gave the boys all the necessary training, instructions, correction , confidence and prepared hem to faces any opponent without fears regardless of names and experiences.
We gave them a good training programme not minding their amateur status in the Nigerian football.
Even though it was not our day, Above all i still give thanks to God for reaching this stage of the competition.
