Henry Onyekuru is no longer in the plans of Monaco and the Ligue 1 club are open to the departure of the winger in the coming days, Sports247 reports.
The Nigerian international is down the pecking order at Monaco. He has featured just four times this season with his last appearance dating back to September 2020.
He is being courted by several clubs including Saudi Arabian outfit Al Ain FC but the player would rather remain in Europe.
According to reports from France, Galatasaray are leading the race for his signature and the player is in favor of a move to the Turkish giants where he spent the second half of last season on loan in what was his second spell with them.
Onyekuru helped Galatasaray to a league and cup double during his first loan stint in the 2018-19 season, scoring 16 goals with a further 6 assists along the way.
Galatasaray wants the 23-year-old on loan with an option to buy permanently at the end of the season and Monaco are willing to transact the deal.
