I have a good relationship with him and he has sponsored me for coming here for the last few years.”
He has been referred to as Anthony Joshua’s protege, and keen watchers of the game see him as the one to take over from AJ in the UK, but how soon can Nigerians wait to celebrate another heavyweight boxing champion, ? Adegbola says the time starts now with the work as there can be a perfect time.
“I feel there is never a perfect time for anything, everything is about your mind and my mind is set. I am ready but I am also going to take my time at this stage because at heavyweight you have a long time.” Adegbola stated.
