Four teams have qualified to the semi finals of the maiden edition of the South East Women Football League, SEWFL, holding at the Old Stadium Owerri.
The teams that are through to the Semi finals are; Heartland Queens and First Mahi from Group A while Imo Strikers Queens and Awka Angels qualify from Group B.
Heartland Queens will lock horns with Awka Angles in the first semi finals on Wednesday while Imo Strikers Queens take on First Mahi in the second semi finals the same day.
The competition provides the opportunity to coaches and officials from the zone to rob minds on the way forward of the game in the zone.
Meanwhile, Harmony Chidi of Imo Strikers Queens is leading the highest goal scorer chart with seven goals from four games.
