Supper Eagles lethal forward, Victor Osimhen has revealed his obsessive affection for iconic Chelsea legend, Didier Drogba who was recently inducted into the PL hall of fame.
The Napoli front man who is currently with the Super Eagles preparing for the Afcon clash against Sao Tome and Sierra Leone revealed this in a get-to-know Victor Osimhen session on NFF TV.
The highly sought striker stated, “my childhood idol is Didier Drogba. When I scored against Chelsea.”
“The feeling because I know a lot of my friends that are Chelsea fans and before the game, they messaged that they don’t care if Chelsea beat Lille 5-1 or 5-2 as long as I score.”
“They really wanted me to actualize my dream and I’m really happy. It’s one of the best moments of my career.”
Osimhen will be looking forward to help the Super Eagles as the Afcon conquest begins following the disappointment of missing out on the World Cup games.
