Green Lock FC have emerged champions of the 2025 Evolution Cup Pan African tournament after they defeated Bolapro Sporting 3-1 in Sunday’s final played at the Bwari Township Stadium in Abuja.
Green Lock dominated the game in the early stages of the game, with Damilola Adeyeye opening the scoring in the 18th minute. Praise Adebisi increased the tally with two quick fire goals in the 22nd minute and 26th minute and went into the break with a 3-0 lead.

Paul Ngoke scored early in the second half for Bolapro Sporting in the 34th minute what turned out to be a consolation as Green Lock held on to secure the win.
The tournament’s individual awards were also presented during the closing ceremony.
Coach Bolarinwa Idris of Green Lock was named Coach of the Tournament, while Praise Ogo of Green Lock FC took home the goalkeeper of the tournament award. Gerald Uzoma of Pro Sports FC won Most Valuable Player and Sunday Destiny of Mallam FA claimed the Top Scorer award.
