Simoiben Futbol club have congratulated their wonder kid, Emmanuel Michael who was included in the Golden Eaglets national team for the WAFU-B U-17 championship in Ghana.
The Golden Eaglets jetted out to Ghana today as they kick start their WAFU-B U-17 championship and qualification to the U-17 AFCON against hosts and arch rivals Ghana.
The club took its twitter handle to congratulate the player.
The Kaduna based team had also produced the WAFU-B U-20 title winner and Flying Eagle, Benjamin Frederick who was part of Ladan Bosso’s team in Niger.
Michael and his Golden Eaglets teammates will have to overcome Ghana on Thursday and Togo in group A to qualify for the U-17 AFCON slated for Algeria and also to imitate the Flying Eagles by winning the tournament.
