Former Chykap int FC striker Ibrahim Gbadamosi lived up to his billing in his debut match for FC Oqtepa in the Uzbekistan pro league.
A one time highest goal scorer in the Nationwide league in Nigeria scored in the 76th minute with a canon shot at goal.
Deserving of a player that was signed and unveiled some months back.
It was a home game against FC Zaamin , FC Oqtepa won by 2 goals to nothing.
” It is important you make a statement by scoring a goal in your first match in the league.
I am happy I didn’t disappoint my self, the team and my fans” he stated.
He further explained that his ultimate goal is to help FC Oqtepa gain promotion to the elite division from the 2nd pyramid in Uzbekistan.
Chykap int FC club also off loaded Tayo Saliu Junior who scored 10 goals last season in the Swedish league and has already registered one goal in the new season.
