Katsina United new signing Gambo Muhammed has hit the ground running with a brace in his first match in Katsina United colour.
The former Kano Pillars goal poacher came from the bench to score twice in a thrilling and entertaining five-goal encounter at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina.
Katsina United have now won all the four pre-season matches played thus far under their new head coach Henry Makinwa who took over the reign from coach Abdullahi Biffo

The one-time home-based Eagles striker Gambo Muhammed completed his brace on the evening three minutes with a close-range rocket from the edge of the box after he anticipated a humble pass from Katsina United midfield maestro Destiny Ashadi.
The visitors who were put on the back foot in the middle of the park as a result of the physical presence of the trio of Usman Barau, Yushau Garba and Destiny Ashadi got their only attempt on target in the second half on 85th minutes and it was comfortably dealt with by the promoted young goalkeeper from the Junior team Ajima Ogar.
