The stage is almost set for the first edition of the FWC Champions FCT Secondary Schools Football Tournament as the preliminary playoff draw will hold on Wednesday, October 2nd.
The draws which will hold at the Family Worship Centre, Wuye, Abuja will have the 60 teams within the 6 zones across the FCT know their opponents for the first stage of the competition while details of the fixtures would be made public.
Corroborating the draws, Chairman LOC of the tournament, Mr Promise Uwaeme said all is set for the draws as he added that it will go along with a press conference to hint the media and Abuja residents of events.
“I can confirm that all is set for the draws and we don’t forget it will go with a press conference to give details and a better picture of what we should expect”
“We are expecting to have major stakeholders, including House Masters of the schools, Secondary Schools Board, the FCT FA and very respected gentlemen of the press.
“It’s going to be very transparent and we want to tell the world that things can be done the way they should be for a better delivery” he added.
However, the draws will hold Wednesday, October 2nd 2019 by 12pm prompt.
