Sporting FA head coach, Isiaka Bamigbade has lamented his team loss of concentration in the local derby loss to Divine Praise in the Fusion Football Championship 3.0 matchday four.
Sporting FA were down before half-time by two goals with both goals scored in the 21st minute by Harrison Ofomine and Ogenyi Solomon adding a second in the 30th minute.
Upon resumption of the second half, they conceded another in the 56th minute as they battled back from three goals down to get two goals in the 77th and 89th minute of the encounter as they labored for an equalizer which unfortunately didn’t come.
“It’s just a local derby, we train in the same pitch, so it will look like that but we lost concentration in the first half and that gave them the opportunity to pick us and counter attack to concede those two goals in the first half,” he explained in his post match interview with Sports247.ng.
“I always say that we will keep on going, we are not going to give up, it’s a process and we will get it right until we achieve our aim.”
“In our next game, we are going to attack, a very determined side and I will day kudos to them, they played well although our reaction into the game was so late but overall it was a good game.”
“The officials did a very fantastic job, nothing to complain about as it was a very deserving victory for the opponent, we play some and win and other times, we lose,” he acknowledged.
