Isaac Siasia’s Golden Heritage has emerged winners of the Fusion Football Championship matchday four tie against Team 360 as they earned a vital 1-0 victory at the Surulere Legacy pitch.
They have now ended the unbeaten run of Team 360 with a 1-0 victory to push themselves top of the Fusion Football Championship 3.0 table having the same point with their defeated opponent with a six goals margin difference.
“I want to appreciate the coaching crew as they have been so supportive, the players on bench too have been so supportive,” Siasia stated in his post game interview with Sports247.ng.
“We have some friendly matchess and we have some tactical problems and we had to play them in preparation for this match as we know that they are a good side, young and good players with good ambitions.”
“We worked so hard tactically for this game, working hard because we wanted to be at the top and now we are here.”
On if he sees his team holding on to the top spot to win the league – “definitely, what we have with the coaching crew, we can be there. We will take the game one after the other because we are working so hard in terms of watching and analyzing our opponent which has been so helpful,” he revealed.
