Depros FC manager Chukwuemaka Ubaka has blamed costly goalkeeping errors for his side’s humiliation at the hands of Box2Box FC in the 2021 Fusion Football Championship on Thursday.
Depros FC succumbed to a 4-0 loss against Box2Box. This was Depros’ third loss from seven games, which leaves them out of the top ten in the league standings.
Speaking after the game, Chukwuemaka Ubaka could not contain his disappointment with the result, citing ‘goalkeeper errors’ as the main factor for the defeat. He said:
“Today is a bad day for us and my goalkeeper committed a lot of errors in the game. It did not help the team. That is why we lost the match.
“We have to go back home and work harder to make sure we come back strong and win as many points as possible,” Ubaka concluded.
