Box2Box FC opened their Fusion Football Championship campaign with a convincing 4-0 win over B.E Arena FC on Wednesday at the Agege Stadium.
Coach of Box2Box FC Randy Reuben has labeled his side’s performance in the victory over B.E Arena ‘good’ and insisted that the better side won.
“Today’s performance is good. The better side won and that’s we Box2Box,” he told Sports247. “We thank God for the result. It’s all about the information given to the players and they showcased their selves in the game and it reflected on the scoreline.”
The league is barely in the initial phase and tougher challenges are bound to come. Randy is unfazed though, taking every game as it comes.
“We play every game as it comes. Playing the likes of G12 and Brod City, it’s 90 minutes like every other football game. I don’t look forward to that at this time. I look forward to my next game.”
Asked about the targets for his side in the campaign, he said: “It’s to come first in the league. Nothing more. To win the championship, that’s. That’s our goal.”
