Adeola David was the man of the show as Golden Heritage FC defeated Sporting FA in matchday three of the Fusion Football Championship at the Surulere Legacy pitch yesterday.
Popularly called Kante, his sublime displayed made sure that Heritage FC went home with the maximum three points after a 2-1 victory against thier foes.
“It was a very good game but we wasted a lot of chances. I’m supposed to score but unfortunately I couldn’t take my chances but we thank God for the victory,” Adeola told Sports247.ng in his post match reactions.
On his nickname Kante, he has this to say; “it’s because of the ability and the strength, that’s the name they call me and it has become a general tag among a lot of people who know me.”
“I just want to keep improving, helping the team when called upon as we still have a long way to go in the league and we want to give it our all,” he concluded.
