In the first half, we missed some chances that could have been converted, which made the game more challenging in the second half. Equalizing for the second goal and reaching a penalty shootout was a testament to our team’s resilience.”
When asked to rate their opponent, Trade Safe FC, Aderibigbe showed respect for their competitive spirit. He remarked, “They belong to the same competitive NNL side, and they are a good team. I have a lot of respect and admiration for them. They provided us with a strong challenge, and we were pleased to compete against such a formidable opponent.”

He explained, “I had a good first half in the game, but in the second half, I couldn’t generate as many opportunities for my team to score. Looking ahead to the future, Aderibigbe expressed his aspirations for his football career. He stated, “I am currently a player for Ikorodu City, but I hope that in the upcoming season if I perform well in competitions, I can secure a move to a more prestigious club.”
