He revealed that kungfu can be for self defense and sport, street combat, bail hand self defense.

“We dip in some aspects of martial arts in kungfu for perfect self defense. Not that kungfu itself is not perfect but for one to go deeper into it, to accumulate necessary skills, it takes a lengthy period hence the need for us to adopt a certain skills that are common and simple to grasp from martial arts.”

“Judo, Akido, Brazilian jui juitsu too and many others. It’s an easy way of self defense that you can work along the road without any fear of being intimidated, capable to defend oneself before the military personnels come to intervene. You will have subdued the bad guy before they come.”

“In kungfu federation, we have taolo which is movement and we have ‘search your sandal’ which is combat aspect of it. So here we train both the combat and taolo aspect which is movement for entertainment.”

“I bring up the student so when it’s time for sports, we distribute them to various states that needs them for movement or fighting, that’s basically what we do here with lots of champions from the school here with us.”

“If chanced to meet the sports minister today, my request will definitely about telling him about the talented young men coming up who needs support,” he revealed.

“Our major challenge is absence of financial assistance, inappropriate welfare, this kills morale of most sports practitioner. So if today, we have like a company that will handle each practitioner, I bet you that Nigerian will have the most talented in this category,” Ibrahim emphasized.
