Former Rivers United FC, Nigerian goalkeeper Victor Sochima has joined South Sudanese side, Jamus SC for undisclosed fees, Sports247 reports.

Victor Sochima who was a free agent completed the move after a successful medical with the South Sudan Premier League side.
The 25 year old Nigerian Goalkeeper signed a one year deal with an to review and extend the deal after twelve months.
Sochima won the Nigeria Premier Football League in the year 2002 with Rivers United but called it with Port Harcourt side at the end of the 2003/2004 season after the expiration of his contract.
He got the attention of former Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro with his exploits during his time in the NPFL as Peseiro extended a Super Eagles call up to him in one the qualifiers en route to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations .
He once played for hHeartland FC, then moved to Jigawa FC before he pitched his with Rivers United where he won the league and represented the club in the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederations Cup.
