Doda, whose career includes stints with Bendel Insurance and Enugu Rangers, brings a wealth of experience to the table.

He holds a UEFA A Elite License and has accumulated 15 years of grassroots coaching experience across Portugal and Asia. His deep-rooted knowledge of player development and team dynamics is seen as a potential asset in rejuvenating Nigeria’s football scene.

“The strength of Nigeria’s football lies in the Under 17 Golden Eaglets,” Doda emphasized, underscoring the pivotal role this team plays in the nation’s football ecosystem.

His passion for nurturing young talent is evident in his frustration over recent failures to qualify for major tournaments despite Nigeria’s rich pool of football talent.

As a former Super Eagles player, Doda is acutely aware of the challenges facing the junior national teams. He is particularly concerned about the issue of late preparation, which he believes has adversely affected the team’s performance.

His goal is to leverage his experience to improve the preparation and structure of the Golden Eaglets, ensuring that they are better equipped to compete on the international stage.

Doda’s vision is to instill a sense of discipline, focus, and technical prowess in the young players, aiming to restore Nigeria’s standing in world football.

With his extensive background in developing grassroots talent, he is eager to contribute to the resurgence of Nigerian football and rebuild the nation’s reputation in global competitions.
